This is a medium sized Tanganyikan shell dweller that is not often seen in the hobby. It's quite attractive in an understated way, and is a very interesting species to keep in a single species tank. It needs lots of rocks because of intraspecific aggression, but otherwise is a very easy fish to keep and breed. Steve Thornton has 1 inch juveniles in groups of 8 for $40.
