ACA NECA Convention 2019 Store

PAYPAL REGISTRATION AND PURCHASES

Please use the Paypal buttons to add items you wish to purchase to your cart. The  Paypal "View Cart"  button at the bottom of this page can be used to view your cart at any time or to check out via Paypal.   

If you do not have a Paypal account, the shopping cart provides an option to check out without Paypal using a major credit card.

We are not "shipping" these items, however you will receive a Shipping Notification email from Paypal when your order is added to the convention tracking database.

All convention related items other than vendor registrations can be made on this page (convention registration, dinner, show entries, rental tanks, sponsorships, convention apparel).  You may return and make additional purchases in the future as often as you wish (for example, to purchase a tank rental or dinner).

Please note that if you are purchasing items with only limited quantities available, the Paypal system may not notify you that an item is sold out until you start the check out process; in that case the item will be removed from your cart and you will be returned to this page.  At that point you may select different items for purchase or simply go back to the check out again. 

NECA ACA Convention 2019 Registration

Regular registration (age 13 and up): Early registration through 6/10/19 is $65; Junior registration (age 6-12):$30. Age 5 and under are free.

**SPECIAL** 1 day registration for Saturday 7/20 (speakers, vendor room, banquet)  with your choice of meal $75 **

Saturday July 20, 2019  Dinner and Keynote Address

Please make your selection for the Saturday July 20, 2018 dinner below.  Dinner wil be followed by the keynote address and awards ceremony.  More details on the dinner accompaniments (sides and desserts) will follow.  As noted, the eggplant selection is vegetarian as well as gluten free, and can be prepared vegan on request.   Please note that dinner is being provided at actual cost, which includes the hotel service charge and sales tax. There will also be a cash bar provided.

Aquarium Rental/Purchase

The convention's aquarium rental room will have seventy five (75) 10 gallon tanks and fifty (50) 20 gallon tanks.  The rental of a tank also includes purchase of the tank.  Setup and teardown schedules are posted and updated on the Schedule Page.

Biotope Show Entry

See the separate Biotope Page for details. There will be eight classes as noted in the drop down menu below. Each class is limited to 5 entries.  Entry fee is for one aquarium setup.   Aquariums, substrate, and decor items will be provided (as noted, more details will follow).  There will be prizes awarded for People's Choice ($125), Best in Show ($250). and $100 for the winner of each class.

Photography & Art Show  Show Entry

See the separate Photography & Art Show Page for details. There are four classes with a maximum of 12 entries per class.  The fee is a modest $2 per entry.   There will be a cash prize awarded (across all classes) for a People's Choice Award ($35), and certificates for the winner of each class.

Day Excursions

There are two excursions planned.  Ticket cost includes round trip luxury bus transportation to and from the Red Lion Hotel in Cromwell CT and paid admission to the associated attraction. 

The excursion on Thursday July 18, 2019 is to Old Sturbridge Village in Massachusetts. 

The excursion on Friday July 19, 2019 is to the Mystic Aquarium and the Seaport in Mystic, Connecticut. 

Each excursion is limited to 55 attendees.

SPONSORSHIPS

Sponsorships are being offered for speakers, biotope show classes, and for the hospitality room.  Please use the space provided to enter the name of the individual or business associated with the sponsorship. Multiple sponsorships are being offered as noted in the descriptions below.  All sponsors will be prominently advertised on-line (internet pages and Facebook) , as well as via convention on-site placards, programs, and audio video presentations.

Speaker Sponsorships

One (1) sponsorship is available for each speaker at a cost of $500 per sponsorship. Please use the space provided to enter the name of the individual or business associated with the sponsorship.
